Return Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped out, we are unable to cancel the order.

Returns (If Applicable)

We accept returns on products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to confirm the return address before shipping the item.

Notes

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for a 14-day return policy.

  • If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. The fee will depend on the shipping company chosen by the customer.

  • If the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error, the customer will not be required to bear the shipping cost for the return.

  • No restocking fee will be charged for the return of products.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification confirming the receipt of your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, reach out to your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
